A family tradition: just before a project is due or an event is pending, start sewing something. This time around I'm painting (and sewing) some curtains for my hen house that will be erected tomorrow afternoon for the Telfair Art Fair.
This is BY FAR the largest canvas I've ever worked measuring at 10' x 10'. That's feet, peeps.
Thanks to Dr. Z for gently suggesting I try this now and thanks to all the Savannah artists I've watched work big and live; I learned a lot from you and am so glad I paid attention!
I now understand the required pacing to work this way and my next should be much improved. I'm thinking this has been an excellent warm-up for a future marathon.
