Tonight I went to the Second Annual Sculpture in Savannah Show hosted at the Green-Meldrim House. Never mind the history of this house - which is huge - but the work of twelve (hmm....) artists gracefully filled the building.
I'm so pleased I attended - to the point of near speechlessness. Two things though.
Garland Weeks: His work is a delicate response to nature; his name (& boots) perfection.
Stefan Savides: Hold his birds in your hand and feel the magic.
Edition of 75 Bronze 4.5" long, 2.5" wide
Unfortunately, this photo does not transmit the quality I describe. But really. These are fab as are the quail.
