In September, in Vernonburg, the pecan trees drop limbs mostly each day but not in every yard each day. We lost one large one on Monday and a small one today. If you know something about chainsaws and like working as a tree chopper and picker upper, you'd have a "career". If you left no bark or leaves behind, you'd be almost perfect, but that doesn't really pay extra at any time of year, I hear. I've done nothing with our fallen matter making me neither career minded nor a perfectionist but maybe a procrastinator, and, sadly for my neighbors, someone unconcerned about the blight in my yard or their neighborhood (to be more precise).
